Hi all we are new to this forum. Not to the Ft. though, we go several times a year. We were just there on Memorial Day weekend. Loop 800 and had another great time.

Just a dumb question, I think I might already know the ans., what does the DW, DH, DS, DD stand for?

Hi Dan...welcome to the board The traditional meaning would be Dear/Darling wife, husband, son, daughter, etc. When you are angry the "D" could stand for something entirely different

DH- Dear Husband
DS- Dear Son
DD- Dear Daughter

I kinda thought that but not sure my son is a darling anymore. He is 16 and 6'2" tall already. So I don't call him darling. LOL

Think I will just opt for the Dear Wife, Dear Daughter thing.

Can't wait to go back on Labor Day. Just that work thing getting in the way until then.

It all depends on who is using it, if it's the husband it might mean

DW - Danged/Deranged/Dreaded Wife
DS - Degenerate Son
DD - Dangerous Daughter

From the wife's prospective

DH - Dam**d/Dumb Husband
DS - Dangerous Son
DD - Danged Daughter

um....Dan....you didn't, by any chance, happen to see the Disney security folks ::cop: busting up the party in Loop 900 next door to you for the Dissers that had the GG over the Memorial Day weekend, did ya? Also can you confirm the midnight golf cart-boxer shorts drag races between attendees at the GG "whoshallremainnameless" ?

Missed the golf cart races. We were up late but didn't even hear them partying over there. If we had we might have joined them? If security broke up the party, someone must have complained.
