We are new to these discussions - and are about to become new owners at VWL - having passed ROFR on two contracts, one for 200 points and another for 210 points. Both contracts were forwarded to Disney on 8/11 and we received word yesterday on one and today on the other. Points on the 210 contract sold for $72 pp + closing costs, the 200 point contract sold for 70 pp, seller paying closing costs (only 51 points available for 2005). Both contracts have a UY of April. After reading all that has been going on with ROFR lately - we were greatly surprised at our good news. Now on to the closing!! Hope this gives encouragement to those still waiting!!!

Congrats! This is definately encouraging! We went to Disney for ROFR on 8/16 and are still waiting! We are in no real hurry, since we rented points for our trip in Jan., but it is still in the back of my mind, oh, about 100 times a day!!!!

We are keeping our fingers crossed to become members at BCV!!!

Congratulations and welcome home, soon-to-be neighbor! We passed ROFR on a VWL contract earlier this month and will be closing 9/10! I'm sure many folks are relieved to hear that contracts are making it through ROFR!
