New to DVC

Like alot of people here, I'm a new to DVC, what are the rules to renting points? I'm sure when you rent points from people who purchase at OKW or Vero, that some rules must apply.

In a nutshell, though, there aren't any rules imposed by Disney, except that you're personally responsible for what your renters do.
