New to DIS

Hi fellow Canadians

I just wanted to introduce myself as I'm new to DIS. I was referred here from another board I frequent and most say this place is huge!

I'm Lee-Ann, Mom to 2. We live in Ontario, about 1 hour 30 minutes North West of Toronto. I have a DD who will be 4 in September and DS who is 16 months, soon to be 17 months. I am engaged to my DF and we will celebrate our 9 year anniversary in September. We will celebrate our 10 year anniversary by getting married at WDW.

I look forward to getting some great tips for our trip and getting to know you all.

Welcome aboard!! I think you'll find lots of help and lots of like-minded friends here...we're all nuts!

I have a ds (4) and we're expecting our second ds at the end of July...a souvenir from our adults only trip to the "World" at the end of Oct last year. We decided early on to name him Caeden, thinking it would be a relatively unique name, and go figure, now I'm hearing it everywhere, although with different spelling.

Hi Lee-Ann! I'm about an hour north west of Toronto so we must live pretty close! I have one dd who turns 4.5 years old tomorrow and we just came back from WDW a few weeks ago. DD had a blast at WDW and we are planning to go back next year about the same time. Welcome to the board and you will find so much valuable info here!

Hi, I just noticed you are off to NYC. Do you have any children? Do you know if kids can ride in a NYC taxi with no car seat? Sorry to change the topic here but we are off to NYC with dd (4) in July and I'm concerned about the taxi/car seat issue!
