We are going with another couple. We will each have separate rooms. If we get the Dining Plan (the middle one) and they don't get the meal plan, could we have meals together? Clearly the counter service isn't an issue. But if we are sharing a table for dinner, will it be an issue if 2 of us are on the plan and 2 of us aren't? Thank you.

This happens all the time and is not a problem. Simply let the server know who will be using the dining plan and who will be paying separately. In fact, you could plan your meals/orders ahead of time and see if it would be advantageous for you to pick up one meal for everyone on the dining plan and have them pay out of pocket for everyone at another (less expensive) one. Lots of options.

Thank you! And interesting idea! I'll have to check that out.

Also, DH and I split meals a couple times so had extra meal credits. If that happened with you, you could pay for one of their meals with your extra credit if you wanted to be super nice:).
