I was wondering if a list existed on the internet of things you could use your DP credits for? I found a list of places that accept the dining plan, but I'm just not sure if everything on the menu is available for the dining plan (especially counter service and snack places, I know most things on a TS menu would be available if the restaurant accepts the plan).

I know when you go to the parks they have a little icon next to things you can get on the dining plan I was just hoping I'd be able to know what can or cannot be used on the plan prior to going (to see if it's going to be wise for us to use the plan or not).

Thanks for any help!

Edit - Found a list of confirmed snacks on the DIS, sorry about that question.

Thought of another question though, if we have a person with us on the dining plan that is not into sweets can he use his dessert credit (at table service) for an appetizer? If not, I'm worried that those credits will be lost because he vary rarely eats sweets, if for some reason he cannot use the credit for an appetizer and does not want a dessert, do you lose the credit or does it carry over?.

Anything on the menus, with very few restrictions.

If you are on the basic plan, you may not substitute an appetizer for dessert. But you could ask for fruit as dessert.

If you don't order the dessert, then you just don't get the dessert for that meal. TS credits are not separated into entree credits and dessert credits.
