new to cruising....

we are interested in the Disney Mexican Riviera cruise next summer. I have never been on a cruise, don't know what I'm looking for as far as booking a room.... Should I book thru Disney directly or thru Costco? Is it too late?

I'm new to the board, anyone have any advice for me? Is it best to book through Disney? What rooms on the ship would be best for someone who prone to seasickness? Is it too late to book the Mexican Riviera cruise?
