Wait, does this sound right?!?

New TicketMania Prices have an Adult 4 Day Base ticket, that Expires, with no Hopping at $200, then
the 5 Day is also $200, then for 6 Days it is $201,
for 7 Days it says $202, 8 Days is $207 and then the 9 and 10 Day are $209?!

So there is only a $9 difference to go for ten days instead of four?!

That just can't be right! :confused3

I'm not sure about the exact numbers, but I do know that expiring tickets differ, very little, as you add each additional day. The objective is to give you greater incentive to stay on property more and longer, by making the incremental cost of additional days less.

Well...the 10 day MYW + Hopper+ More+ No Expiration went up from $379 last night to $432 this morning.
I guess it depends on what tickets you're looking at...some seem to have gone up more than others.

I know Disney wants you to stay longer, but still...only $9 to stay six more days?

4 day Expiring Non-Hopper $200
10 day Expiring/Non-Hopper $209?!

That's only $1.50 a day extra for the six days.

That's amazing.

Yup! Remarkably generous, wouldn't you say? :)

When I bought my tickets from ticketmania several months ago, they were actually selling 8 day tickets for a few dollars less than 7 day tickets. Of course, I got the 8 day instead.

Boy- I made a mistake listening to the DW and waiting to buy tickets. We're going April 30th and thought I would get 10 day MYW no expire with the park hopping option. Ticket increases raised this by over $50 a ticket from the old prices @ Ticketmania. That's over 15%, I guess we'll drop the park hopping option

You can still get these tickets at the Disney website at teh 2005 prices. We just ordered ours this morning. I was going to wait to turn in some old park hopper tickets to upgrade to these 10 day hopper non expire ones, but with the price increase, we decided to just buy them now at 2005 prices and keep our older hoppers too (we will use all of them up eventually).

But order these tickets today from WDW if you still want the 2005 prices!

We did the same thing. Figured if we didn't use the extra day, we didn't lose anything and actually saved a bit money wise. We didn't end up using the day, but still saved a few dollars.

I just bought the 10 day MYW hopper with no-expiration for $340 at undercovertourist.com and that included tax and free standard shipping. Hope that helps :goodvibes

Hi All,

Could I buy tickets today and use them in Nov 2006?

Thanks,

Disneyscuba

Shouldn't be any reason you can't. The tickets that expire start the countdown to expiration from the 1st day you use them, not when you buy them. :)

ok, that is what I was thinking. May have to pick some tickets up today. Just wish I could add the meal to them but I guess that option is for guest staying at disney.
