New survey site page question

With the new survey page, if you're declined, it says "
It does appear that you did not qualify for this survey based upon your answers during this study. Don't worry, this is completely normal. Our clients seek to receive a specific number of responses from each group which they have chosen to hear from.

Although you did not receive credit for this survey, please click on the button below to take another survey for the chance of winning our $50,000 sweepstakes and to obtain your Sunshine Rewards credit!"
Does that mean we get credit from the redirected one, although we didn't used to?
 
It is supposed to take you back to the initial page to qualify again rather than routing you out to a different server now. I tried to test it but darn if I didn't qualify every single time I tried to test it!!

When you click on that button, does it take you to another page that still has the SR logo at the top?
 
Haven't tried it this afternoon, but his morning, it wouldn't take me anywhere, just sat there.
 
The intention of this was that they always took you back to the beginning so you would get credit, however, it does not seem to be working properly and has been reported to Greenfield and should be repaired by monday. For now just click on members at the top and it will take you directly back to Sunshine Rewards and then try your survey again.
 

I finally got rejected this morning (about 8 times in a row...LOL!) and see what you all are talking about. I emailed Greenfield yesterday, so I am sure I will hear back first thing Monday.

Related...when I finally did get into a survey, it was the Gongos automobile one. When I got to the end and should have gotten the "thank you" page, I got an error page and could not get any further. Has anyone else gotten this? Did you still get credit when you did? If not, I will report it to them.
 
It wasn't redirecting me either. It would bring me back to the SR page and say I didn't qualify. I wasn't able to try again without getting completely out of that page and going back to click on the take survey page. I haven't gotten credit for any of the surveys that I've done since the change. :( I really hope that it's just a delay since it's the weekend and not that I won't get the credits. The one I did yesterday took me almost 25 minutes to complete. It'd be a big bummer to not receive credit for that one.
 
I've gotten credit for friday's survey.

It is normal to get credit for saturday and sunday surveys on monday. Only fair that sunshine girl get the weekend to enjoy time with her family. Even though I'm obsessive about checking my balance, I'll give her the time off :)

Maybe I should take the hint and stop obsessing on the weekends (only on the weekends)

Actually, we can't even get the Daily Survey credits for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until about 9 or 10 on Monday morning. The woman who does them does not work weekends. There are 2 or 3 companies that we cannot get anything from over the weekends.

I try to catch up LOTS of credits on Sunday nights, including all of the shopping from the week before. But because of shipping delays, you sometimes only see orders through Thursday or Friday.

First thing Monday is a good time to check your account. Pretty much everyone sees big jumps after the weekend. :)

Yup. I've done that survey about 5 times now :rolleyes1 and I've gotten credit each time so don't worry.
