New ones or new seasons, rate them from 1 (just plain awful) to 10 (the best of the best).
Well first we have BONES. It was on Fox last night from 8 to 9. It started off pretty good but, for me, spiraled downward from there. There were several things about that just didn't work.
The lead character, Emily Deschanel, sounded like she had marbles in her mouth. Give this girl some diction lessons!
Music to sort body part with. What was up with that?? While I like bizarre things, that was a bit over the top even for me.
Too many repetitive lines. I think it was the "I don't understand" line that started to annoy me. She must have been living in a vacuum for the past 10 years.
The Virgo meter only registers a 5 on the 1 to 10 scale. DH and I may give it one more week to improve but that's all.
HOUSE
What a joy it is to watch this show. Hugh Laurie is more fun than a barrel of Mickeys. But it's more than that. The show is packed with interesting and intelligent actors. Top that with fascinating story lines week after week. It just doesn't get any better on the small screen.
Line of the week slightly paraphrased: To his 3 younger colleagues, "Don't worry children. Mommy and I are fighting but we still love you."
The Virgo meter went off the scale and exploded like the finale at the end of Wishes. Guess that gives House a 10++++++++++++++++++++
