New show coming for the holidays! Tiana's Showboat Jubilee

My DNephew audition for, and got a role in, the new show Disney will have during the holidays. Based on what he said I think it may have something to do with the Princess and the Frog. He said it'll be in NOS.

Last year was his 1st parade, the Christmas one-he was a reindeer. He's currently in CELEBRATE which runs until the holiday parade starts this year. This year due to the new show he won't be in the parade.


That's all I know for now, I'll post more info when I hear more.

Disney debuts new Princess and the Frog show

The Princess and the Frog is coming to Disneyland and Walt Disney World. "Tiana's Showboat Jubilee", a new show based on the upcoming movie will be open for the holiday season at both parks. Beginning November 6 at Disneyland and October 26 at Walt Disney World, the musicians and performers will parade through New Orleans Square at Disneyland and Frontierland in the Magic Kingdom. When the group reaches the Rivers of America boat dock, pre-selected theme park guests will board the riverboat where Princess Tiana and her friends will be there to greet them. The boat will make its way down the river, stopping occasionally for the musicians to perform songs from the movie. The show will run through January 3rd at both parks.

The Princess and the Frog opens December 11 and features Disney's first African-American princess.

Maybe he can get my DD on the boat!

Have you happened to hear if DL is doing anything special at Disney on the day or day before the movie opens-aside from the show? I see that the movie starts on the 11th & we'll be in DL that day

I haven't heard anything. If I do I'll post it here.
