We've just got the official word from the owners that the new Sherlock's cafe/restaurant at Berry Town Center (on Highway 27 going towards Davenport) is now OPEN!!
For those who don't know Sherlock's, the (British) owners had a wonderful tea/wine bar in the town of Celebration for 5 years but had to move out earlier this year (thanks to a less-than-understanding landlord). Never being ones to quit, they immediately made plans to open up a new outlet and found a good location in the middle of the shopping plaza at BTC (which also boasts a Publix supermarket, Applebees restaurant and hair salon). After almost 2 months of planning, re-building and permitting, they are now up and running again and ready to receive guests for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a drink!
We loved their old place at Celebration and, while the new venue is more modern, we're very hopeful this will again be a great place to visit, including live music on Fridays and Saturdays, with the unique Sherlock's style.
