New Security proceedures for checked bags

Okay, even if you leave the so called valuables out of your luggage, there are some items of clothing that can be very expensive! Just think about how much sneakers or a good pair of sandals cost. And then there is always those expensive bathing suits, or items of designer clothing!

TSA workers come from Police and Military backgrounds. There is no worry in my mind that they are going to steal from me. Plus they are the most customer oriented people I have come across.

And now with all badged airport/airline/contract employees having to submit to an FBI check even the baggage handlers have cleaned up a little.

In all my years of flying with NO LOCKS even to foreign countries, I have never had a problem.
