New Section Of Pop...

Is it open yet? When I was there in July 2005, it was still in the process of being built. I would love to stay there sometime because I think it would be interesting to see how they theme the 20's, 30's, and 40's. Anyone know when its scheduled to open?

The buildings are sitting there vacant. No more work has been done on them.
