Not sure how they contact you, or even if they do.

But they do supply items for the room

Not only did they get the pan start that has not been released but if you look close at the water there is a hill to the dark ride track that has not been released.

Look close I spy a dream fireplace also that was given out only with the castle suite room. It is backwards and you can see the shields...interesting...

I don't think she got a pan start, if you look at the before pictures she just got a splash mountain start. Which would make it pan.

I haven't heard of them doing a room makeover when the person wasn't in the room. I think they only go to a room that the owner is there already.
They give you additional items, but also use items you already had in your room.

Ohh.. So if I enter my name into the Makeover Section in the Contact Us, I need to stay in my room the WHOLE NIGHT?!

And as some pointed out there were lots of Pirate Q in her room, maybe she had some of it already and Host_Bella just added one more Firewall to make the room complete. I know I have a full set of Pirate Q with extras hanging around.

As for the Dreams Suite Fireplace, that could have been given or the player has the Dreams Suite and Items already. All we actually know is that the Pan Up and Down tracks were given since they are not out.

We need to get a Dis member in there so they can give us all the details. I nominate ME. (it's worth a try )
