New Restaurants and the DDP

We are planning a December trip and will be doing the regular Dining plan. There will be several new restaurants opening and we were wondering how they will fit into the Dining Plan. I'm really curious about the new Space themed restaurant in Epcot as well as the new rooftop restaurants in Coronado Springs and the Riviera Resort. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure the space restaurant at Epcot is slated to be open by December (I could have missed something somewhere but the last update I saw was for a 2020 opening).

Topolino Terrace at Riviera is slated to have a prix-fixe character breakfast, and is listed as signature dining so I'm going to speculate it will be 2 TS credits.

Toledo at Coronado Springs is listed as 1 TS credit
