New Ressies again! Or almost...Need help!

Ok--got an email back this morning from someone renting a 3 bed-2ba at the Windsor Palms for get this--$89 a night including all taxes,etc! Pics look great and I am calling her as soon as it is a reasonable hour. Am I going to like this resort? We are fine with not having a "private" pool...and this rental opens right on to the pool.
OR--do I use my SECOND offer? I received an offer for $105 a night plus taxes for a 4 bed 2 bath at Venetian Bay Villages--which they say is in Kissimee about 6 miles away from WDW...Anyone have any info about this place? Thanks!!!

I have only heard good things about Windsor Palms...

several folks here have rented in that area.

where do you get such a good rate?

I have stayed in pool homes in Windsor Palms but have not tried one of the condos. We loved the resort and I am sure you would as well. The condos are close to the clubhouse and community pool.

We like staying close and found Windsor Palms to be convenient to the places we wanted to go. I haven't stayed at Venetian Bay Villages but there are many 4-bedroom homes in WP and depending on the time of your trip you may be able to get a similar rate.

The price for the condo sounds great and I dont think you will be dissapointed in Windsor Palms.
