New Resorts in Orlando

ON I drive next to Fountains and across the street from V.V. there seems to be a new resort being built. It looked like the name was Floridays resort but I could not read it that well as we drove by. There is also one being built down the highway from Regal Palms. I think it was called Light House Key and across the way from V.R. called Blue Heron Resort. Anyone know anything about these places?? I just want to keep them in mind when i go next year. I find that the new timeshares always seem to have deals.

I haven't heard of any new timeshares in the area.

but since they are always building new timeshares in Orlando that makes sense.

Actually, I e mailed Floridays and they told me they are not a timeshare but a condominium hotel which for me is a new concept. Apparently, they are going to offer people the ability to book it for three years at a time. What it boils down to is a timeshare but for less time. I will keep my eye on them because we all know when the new ones open they usually give good deals until they are established.

Has anyone else heard of this concept, a condo hotel with a shorter commitment than an timeshare?
