New resort Halloween refillable mugs?

Has anyone see the new refillable mugs yet? Since the MNSSHP started yesterday I was hoping they will be putting out the new mugs.

The mugs are only for the party I think not for the resorts themselves.

My mistake it appears it’s just not a refillable mug at Disneyland but is at WDW.

All of the reports I have seen so far on the various boards are that they are not out at the WDW resorts yet.
