New Resort? Bonnet Creek?

We were in WDW in April and while riding on WDW transportation we drove by what appeared to be the entrance to a new resort??? The sign said "Bonnet Creek Resort"??? Any info on this???

I suggest doing a search on the DIS. This resort has been discussed several times lately.

It is a Fairfield resort. It isn't owned by WDW.

Not Disney property, but surrounded by Disney property on three side. I-4 on the other. Supposed to be several different resorts on the property, one of which is the Fairfield Timeshare.
