There may be a straggler or 2 with no handles. Otherwise, they are back to having handles.

The quickness tells me it wasn't a true change. I think it was a test. If they had truly ordered no-handle mugs to go forward, and dumped the handles ones entirely, there wasn't enough time to order handled ones, have them manufactured and shipped (no doubt on container ships) from wherever to get there in that short of time.
