I told my friend I was going to start a screamo band and I would be the singer. She asked if she could be the bass player then I said something about Pete Wentz to annoy her...there's a few bands with female singers that scream. Otep, Jack Off Jill, Arch Enemy and Flyleaf are the only ones I can think of.

Eyes Set To Kill has a girl singer, but a dude does the screaming.
