new purchase - when are annual dues deducted

Just purchased DVC at AKV in September. Chose the monthly automatic deduction from my checking account for annual dues. When will they start begin deducted? Will they not begin until the resort opens in May?

Sounds like your unit is at Kidani Village. If so, you won't pay until your units occupancy date. Your first years dues will be from the date of occupancy until the end of the year.
