I have read on the DIS boards that some people who have made reservations at a value resort for August and after, have been offered a free upgrade to Saratoga Springs Resort..... Can anyone tell me more about this offer??

It is random and not quite sure if it is marketing to try and sell DVC or because they overbooked.
