They probably will never bother to implement it for multi-day tickets. It just seems like it would be too confusing. What if days 1-6 of my vacation are in value season and days 7-10 are in a Regular period? Right now they charge like $10/ticket for days 7, 8 and 9. Are they really going to charge people more for those last three days (when they are practically giving them away now) just because they are in a different "season'? Their goal on multi-day ticket packages is to get you to stay longer by practically giving away theme park tickets for those extra days. If they make multi-day tickets look LESS appealing by increasing the price during certain seasons, they people will stay less days in the parks (spending less money overall).
The only reason they did Tiered pricing for single day tickets is to try and deter the "day trippers" from filling the parks when it is already crowded from normal vacationers. That is why you saw the Annual Passes prices increased last fall as well.
Also .. raising the price of single day tickets makes the multi-day tickets look like even more of a value.
$132 for one day at MK in the middle of summer? Or $213 for 2 days? Hmm .. I'll take 2 days thanks.
