New Port Arrival Form - Platinum

We are platinum so we do not have to choose a port arrival time during online check-in, but on the new port arrival form it lists a specific port arrival time of 11:00 am to 11:15 am. Any other platinum cruisers seeing the same thing? Just trying to determine if I have a reason for concern. Thanks!

I don't have one on mine. That is probably a system glitch since they have just rolled out the additions in the last day or so. Strange indeed.

Just a thought, but perhaps try updating using the new program? As I mentioned I am not showing one on mine and I never even chose one, but perhaps part of the glitch involves updating your information.

Good idea, thanks. I tried and it didn't work though. I guess I am going to have to call DCL.

Bummer! I hope that they can figure out the situation and clear it up.

Just went back and re-printed my Port Arrival form. We are also Platinum. It just shows the Ship Name, the sailing Date, our names, the Reservation #, Stateroom # and Category. Then Important Reminder Do's and Don'ts. No "Check in time".
