Due to the overwheming succes of the 2007 free ddp,Disney have decided to open the unused part of pop cenury.A disney spokesman said "Heck we can get these rooms full,and as part of the new plan everone will get a tin of paint as well.this way folks will get free food and we get the rooms painted for free"

Does the amount of food you get vary by how well you paint? If so I guess I'd have to do a good job.
