This place is going to be a game changer and will affect availability at the Current Poly studios and likely the other monorail hotels.
I spoke with a senior CM at the Poly last week- I know they don’t “know” the details but she gave a very strong indication that there will be 1-2 bedroom villas in the new tower. Now the main question—will it be a new association? Or will it be like VGF2, available to current members?
I predict the latter. I also predict it will be 10% more points per room type compared to VGF (ex a 2 bedroom at VGF in Nov is 60– New 2 bedroom at Poly2 will be 66 points)
