new policies for booking?

I haven't been on the dvc boards a lot lately (please dont stone me!!!). I read somewhere that there have been changes made to booking policies and adr's. Can someone help me understand!

just scan through the "new policy" thread on the planning board...all discussion about the new policy is supposed to stay in that thread anyway...
