I lost 50lbs thanks to you guys about 2 years ago.

Things were going great until last August when I got the Merina IUD, which has the same hormone in it that caused me to gain the 60lbs the first time!!

Well, I've put on about 20lbs since last August and my eating is out of control.

You guys helped me do it the first time....And I need you again!!!

I want to lose 30lbs in the next six months....IUD or no!!!

i just read an interesting fact today that NOT drinking enough water can slow your metabolism by 3% so may i suggest kickstarting this program by drinking your water!
