New Pirates park quest yet?

Has it shown up at the parks yet?

If no one knows, I may just go over to the Magic Kingdom to see for myself. I want to pick up 50th Anniversary golden ears and other merchandise, 'cos I suspect the 50th merchandise might be going away on July 17th (the 51st anniversary of Disneyland, and 18 months after the 50th Celebration began).

I called. I'm such a Disney geek that I have the Disney Operator programmed
into my cell phone. As of today, they don't have anything for the new
quest.

However, tomorrow is another day. You never know if they will receive the
quest info today to roll it out tomorrow.

Yeah, it's programmed in mine as well. I'm on a conference call tho' so couldn't call then. (I can, however, Dis in the mean time )

Are they doing a new Pirates In Park Quest? or will it just be the old one brought back?

Also, I believe the 50th Anniversary doesn't end until 9/30. It started 05/05/05 and goes 18 months. So this is only month 15.

Yavn was in a room answering questions yesterday. The new pirate quest was brought up and yavn said: "in a few days". I would guess it is coming out on Monday. As it is the VMK Birthday Celebration and plus it's just my guess lol

ElectricLime and DiaAeryn what time are you going tomorrow? I am going to the Royal Plaza Hotel in Downtown Disney in the morning-I have a State Board meeting there on Monday.

I was going to go early and see if they would let me check in and then get on the bus to the MK. First stop will be at VMK Central-I hope the quest is out Tomorrow! I will post as soon as I can about it.

Then I will try to do the Pirate ride if the line is not too long. I am meeting a friend in the afternoon in Downtown Disney to go and see POTC2. Oh and I got a couple of those "Aqua Cool Scarves" so hopefully I will not pass out in the heat..LOL

FlyingPegasus - if you'll be at MK tomorrow (Sunday), I'd be really happy to come along with ya! I'll PM you my phone number; give me a call and we'll make arrangements. (No, not FINAL arrangements ... no need to bring your death certificate...)

I really doubt they'll have the Pirates quest tomorrow - I don't expect them to get their act together on a Sunday - but we'll check and see, and I'll pick up some 50th merchandise, and we can ride Pirates.

just got a phone call from my friend tikimike straight from disneyland. no pirates quest as of today, and also no golden mickey ear cards either.

but he said that the pirates ride is an absolute blast!

I wonder when next week...we are leaving from WDW next Wednesday (leaving for WDW tomorrow) and as long as the quest comes out between now and then, I'll be a happy camper lol.

Made quick stop into Magic Kingdom today. No new quest today but was told that the cards and quest booklet was in the store room. Cast member did not see them so did not know what prizes are.
