I got some Disney Newsletter the other day and it said something about a new type of pin that they are going to be selling in collaboration with the 100th birthday celebration. These pins are supposed to LIGHT UP??? or something like that. Does anybody know anything about these?????

Just read in the Disney Mag. that I rec'd today -
Pin Traders should clear their calendars for August 9 - 12, when Disney's Pin Celebration comes to Epcot's World ShowPlace (the building known as Millennium Village). The event will include seminars, pin signings bu artists, and plenty of pins to acquire: Limited edition pins will be released each day, and retired and one-of-a-kind pins will be auctioned on Aug. 12.
In MGM Studios, under the 122 foot tall Sorcerer Mickey hat will be a pin trading station selling new, high-tech Magical Moments pins. The lights on these "smart" pins are activated by specific events. So when yur're watching Spectromagic, youmight see your pin's lights blink in tandem with the pins of everyone else in the crowd when the Character Cavalcade float passes by.

Do you really go by yourself? I am so jealous....never have done that. Gone to the parks by myself, but never took the whole trip that way!
I just started with this pin thing and it's already got a little out of hand. I need some kind of a plan. Have to get organized.
