new pin for sept

Has anyone seen the new pin for september. It is way too early for us since we just went in May. DH has a question - what if we don't use this one, will we get another chance at the next pin or future ones?

I did get PIN's for a while after my 2008 trip but never used any of them. Probably after a year, or maybe year and a half I stopped getting them and haven't got any since...

I get pins at least 1 or 2 times a year for the past 4 or 5 years and haven't used one yet. There really is no rhyme or reason, that anyone has figured out, as to how they are distributed.
