Looking at the hat, it is like the 1 that baby and some of the testers wear rather than the fiasco hats. As mentioned by another poster... 1 of those hats had the braids/dreadlocks hair on the side and the other was the "glittery" looking Davey Jones/Sea Monster hat. Where this 1 has the eyepatch. So either it is:
a) A tester donkey,
b) Baby's donkey,
c) Someone who helped a tester in 1 way or another and rec. the hat in
appreciation for that help,
d) A lucky VMK'er in the right place at the right time when a tester was giving it away, or
e) A friend of a tester or Baby.
