New Parrot Cay Menu: Any Suggestions?

Okay I have half-way accepted not being able to have pot-stickers and coconut prawns and O-rings this time around... but the menu at Parrot Cay seemed to change a lot.

Anyone have any recommendations? I was eyeing the baby-back ribs... but I am open to all suggestions, from starters to dessert!

The ribs are EXCELLENT, as is the prime rib.
For starters, I strongly recommend the cold avocado soup and the crab newberg. With the new menu, Parrot Cay has gone from being my least favorite restaurant to the one I will never miss!

The Creme Brulee Cheesecake was to DIE FOR! I also had the HOt Crab Newburg and Roasted Prime Rib. Everything was delicious. What ever you eat you - save room for the Cheesecake. I was talking about it for weeks afterwords!
