This is going to be one awesome parade!! Thanks for posting the links! Love the costumes and the floats! But, I'm sad we will miss it, it starts after we leave Oh well, I am hoping to go back in August.

I am getting so excited for this parade. Have you guys been to the dlr parades? The dancing and theatrical costuming blow the mk ones out of the water. This preview reminds me of Disneyland parades. I am a former entertainment cm and I did daytime parades at mk...I can tell you for sure that the cast members are freaking out with excitement to finally have a more artistic paradE. Just wait and see... I think it's going to be awesome!

I do not say this lightly in this hallowed place: This parade looks like an acid trip with costumes that resemble those you buy for cheap at Halloween that work very hard not to step on trademarks by sayin "long haired princess" rather than Rapunzel or "German princess" rather than Snow White.

I love the costumes, they remind me of Cirque du Soleil, very theatrical and unique.

Disney could easily add the belt the other guy is wearing to all of the pirates simply to be less risque since they are family parks.

Yikes??? Really? If this costume is upsetting to anyone, they should really stay away from any pool or beach, ballet, or sporting event that features figure hugging clothing. What I found revolting was the awful excuse for a kilt they had on the Scottish guy a couple of minutes later. Ugh I can't think of a single Scot who would be caught dead in that technicolour nightmare.

LOL gotta agree with that.. My husband will be touring the parks kilted in June and he wouldn't be caught dead in that.. Scottish kilts are made with tartans - I'm not sure what that mess would be considered.. LOL

Anyway, back on topic, I don't see the big deal about the tights.. My prudish 14 year old DD doesn't see the big deal.. and I doubt my younger kids would even look in that direction.. but then, Ive seen Disney make changes based on the outcry of the public for far less, so I'm sure by the time the parade hits the streets, something will be added to provide more coverage.

I think this parade looks pretty interesting. I never did care for CADCT as much as the one before it, so I'm excited to see something new and different!

As for the bulge... I wouldn't mind if they covered it up like the guy next to him, but I don't think it's anything that is going to shock the children.

I liked the costumes. I think seeing them alone without the floats make it harder to vision but I really hope the new parade is a hit. I like that the costumes step outside the box so to speak.

I totally saw the WB (weiner bulge). I'm much too shy to wear something like that but if they can find a guy who doesn't mind, more power to them. I think some people on this board would die of embarrassment if they ever went to a french beach!
