new parade at MGM next year?

I constantly read a site called ScreamScape that tells all kinds of rumors and news about amusement parks all over the world. I noticed in their Disney MGM Studios page had some information on rumors about being a possibility of a new parade at MGM next year. (scroll down to the "stop" sign for this news on the parade).

It looks like this rumored parade could be the Block Party Bash at California Adventure.

I will definitely miss the Stars and Motor Cars parade if this rumor is true. Stars and Motor Cars is my second favorite parade after Spectromagic.

Screamscape (in my experience) bats about 500. There's the possibility that a new parade is in the works, but we probably won't know until closer to the changeover if it's true. If the rumors increase, the probablity increases.

Um, sorry if I misunderstood the purpose of this forum here. I know ScreamScape has a lot of rumors. I just thought the "Disney Rumors and News" forum was a place to post interesting rumors. I apologize if I misunderstood that. It won't happen again. Sorry.

Novinha, there's nothing to take offense at in Sara's post. She didn't close or move the thread or anything like that, she just made a comment about the source of the rumor. Feel free to post any rumors you wish, but don't be surprised or offended when others comment.

If you are getting off base she is pretty good at giving you fair warning before locking the thread.

I was absolutely not trying to stop you from posting, just saying that you shouldn't count the Stars & Motorcars parade dead yet (especially since you seem to have really enjoyed it).

My experience with the truthfullness of rumors is that they have to acquire a certain momentum before they turn out to be true and that Screamscape has been known to miss the boat in the past. I'm terribly sorry if I offended you, please feel free to post any rumors you pick up in your travels (on the web, or otherwise).

Actually, I read a post by an MGM CM that said this was going to happen. They were already rehearsing. Even if it doesn't happen, it's a good rumor!

I hope so, I'm tired of the parade. I wish I saw the Toy Story Parade.
