I received my membership number via mail today but cannot link to online account. I still need a club ID and an activation code? Where do I get that info? I bought resale so maybe that’s the issue?

You need to call Member Services and provide your membership number. With that they will give you the Club ID and activation code.

I got mine by calling member services but then it came in the mail with my welcome packet a few days later.

Agreed. You will find that member services is absolutely amazing. So much better than “standard” WDW customer service.

I emailed them based on the email in the closing thread. They responded fairly quickly.

The one time code was buried in the email spam folder.
