New Online Check In Help

I recently heard that Disney is offering a new room request option when you do the online check in. We are staying at the Boardwalk Villas in February with a group of friends. I would love to know the options a head of time so my group can all make the same request in hopes of rooms close to each other. So if someone does the online check in for Boardwalk could you post the options? Thanks so much!
