New UK offer for summer 2014 bookings is 30% off and free half board. Should I wait to see if there's a flash sale to book for June?

I missed the 2 days free because I have to get court approval to spend that amount of money on behalf of my sister and they sat on it too long. That would have been 40% off a 5 night stay.

Flight prices will go up if I leave it much longer to book them.
