New (mostly) to DL. Help answer my questions!

Hi everyone! We are east coasters and have been to WDW countless times. We have a trip planned DL in mid August. We will have an infant plus two sons ages 5 and 7. We will be staying at Disneyland Hotel. I have been to DL once 6 years ago but it was a very short trip and I didn't get to do much. This time we will be staying 5 nights and have 4 days in the parks, so we hope to accomplish a lot!

1) What time do individual Lightning Lane for Web Slingers and RSR usually sell out? These are must do attractions for my boys. Could we in theory reserve one for the morning and pick an evening time for the other? We plan to take mid-day breaks for swimming and some down time. I haven't been to WDW since last summer before genie+ and LL existed. Are they user friendly?

2) How disturbing is the construction that is going on for the new DVC by Disneyland hotel? Will it ruin our stay?

3) Does the Plaza Inn breakfast with Minnie have pre-park opening reservations? In WDW at some locations you can do breakfast in the park before it opens to the rest of the public.

So far, in 3 stays, we have yet to hear any real noise from the DVC construction. Last trip, we were in the Adventure Tower, and they were working on demoing part of the theater, and while we heard nothing, we felt what we initially thought was an earthquake. About 5 mins later we realized they were working on the demo. It never "disturbed us" or was loud. We just felt a jolt, 2x on a Thursday afternoon. Nothing more before, or after that trip.

3) Does the Plaza Inn breakfast with Minnie have pre-park opening reservations? In WDW at some locations you can do breakfast in the park before it opens to the rest of the public.

No, Disneyland doesn't do this.

They used to. We had a 7:15 breakfast at Plaza Inn in 2018. I don't know if they do this now though.

That was when Magic Hours were 7am-8am. The park was open for early entry. The first booking would be 15 mins into Magic Mornings. They don't have this available now.
