I don't post on here often but I do look everyday and just wanted to say thanks to everyone for your helpful info on helping me plan my Disney getaways!!!

With that said, I'd like to offer my help. I am a loan officer with a company here in NJ but can do mortgages almost anywhere.

Just wanted to offer my help to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance. My company actually specializes in helping people in debt and with bad credit. Thanks for the offer but we just refinanced for 15 years (woo hoo) for 4.74%! What a deal we feel we got! We also hope to make extra payments (in the years to come, not in the next 2 to 3 years as that would be too difficult) so that we can pay off the house even quicker!! THAT is my dream in life!!

But we bit the bullet at the end of May and refinanced our house for 30 at 5%.

I'll be paying it off sooner- but the bit of extra income that I can put to the principal is sure nice....
