Thank you for the Auberge menu Carrie - interestingly it looks as though you now get a choice of starter instead of a selection of 3 if I am reading it right?

It's nice to see some new dishes on there since our last trip!

Mmmmmmmm looking forward to that lunch....

The selection of 3 disappeared already on the April 2012 update. Now you have a chooice of 4 starters instead of 2

Ahh, it's 12 months since we were last there! I may try the quail, never had a truffle (except the chocolate kind )

I can't eat quail because of how it often looks on the plate Truffles are yummy

Tartare is raw salmon and it will be "cooked" by what they put with it.
Often will be done with lemon juice, olive oil and dill.

Fish I don't mind so much but caille is often served here looking like this and I've never got used to it
