New menu @ LC

I spoke to 2 different CMs today about Lecellier's new menu. They read off the new dinner menu which was the same except for a duck dish and a venison dish. There might have been something else , i'm much more concerned about the fillet being on the lunch menu. IT IS going to stay on the lunch menu!!!! She saidshe was reading off the March menu and lunch is exactly the same. Then I called back again and spoke with another CM who said exactly the same thing. I have to make ADRs this Sat. I didn't want to use 2 credits for dinner. my son's favorite dish is LC fillet. I guess i'm going to believe the CMs and just book Lc for lunch. I HOPE this info is correct!!!!

As do I, but for a completely different reason...

I am more than interested in this . I planned Artist Point last year for the Venison Pot Stickers app and was slightly disappointed they had disappeared before my trip (the portobello soup was a very good second choice though). Already planning on a Dinner at LC for the next one (it's DxDDP, so 2 credits is more than fine) and this will be icing on the proverbial cake .

If this turns out to be true then I have a feeling Le'Cellier will be very popular for lunch. As for dinner, I don't mean to sound negative (ok, yes I do), but it needs to change more than just adding a duck dish and a venison dish to make this worth a 2ts restaurant.

I'm sorry, but the quality of the steaks needs to improve above the current offerings in order to be anywhere near the quality of steaks found in the other signature restaurants. I will admit I have not been a big advocate of Le'Cellier here on the DIS, but I was hoping for an improvement that would give me a reason to visit it again; using 2ts instead of 1ts for the same menu will not peek my interest. I'll pass and let someone else dial away 180 days out to book this place.

I think there's a porterhouse steak or something on the dinner menu as well..something larger I know that.

They are reverting the steaks - well Beef - to Canadian beef so hopefully that will please those that weren't happy..

I am so happy to hear this....we have lunch ADRs for our May trip and the one thing my DH and I love to get is the fillet. I was nervous that they were going to take that away. My DH will be excited that he will be able to enjoy his fillet again, I included ....I do have to say that I tend to agree with the PP that said that lunch ADRs will be more popular than dinner ADRs, not so much for the fact that they will have other items on the menu, but I think people still only want to use 1TS instead of 2TS....this is why we always go for lunch and will still keep on going for lunch for years to come.

Has anyone seen the new menu yet? I understand it is supposed to debut Tuesday. I almost want to fly down there just to see the darn thing and make sure that it is worth 2 TS.

I'll be estatic if this is true! I booked and ADR for lunch in August because I didn't want to use two credits. I'm already looking forward to the filet!

I hope it is true but i am a bit concerned about the 2 TS. I have never been here but i have ADR FINALLY and now it costs me 2 TS. Is it worth it?

Hope its true about lunch menu. Have adr for lunch in June. My dd really liked the fillet the last time we ate there. She is looking forward to it again. New menu comes out Tuesday? Can't wait to see it.
