Does anyone have any info on this. The crab cakes and steak were what was selling the place to DH. Now I may have to switch.

Any other changes on the new menu?:confused3

Yes, the menu has changed. In July, we were disappointed to see the new menu. I was so looking forward to my Wolf's steak (ribeye), but it was off the new menu. I don't think we'll be going back again.

This is interesting. Another poster recently reported that steak was now off the menu in Chefs de France. I wonder if this a new trend for WDW restaurants.

Did you notice any other changes?

I am pretty sure the crab cakes were gone as well...we almost got up and left because the rest of the menu was not really appealing to us. My DH loves the pizza, so he ordered that and I had a chicken/pasta dish and it was not very good.

does anyone have a copy (or web address) of the new menu?

Doing away with steak on TS menus will only make the case for NOT doing the DDP even better. Not everyone wants to eat chicken, pork, or seafood at every meal! Maggie

the menu is posted on the reviews section of this board:)

The duck was back, though.

We were very surprised that there was no steak at all on the menu when we went last month. Last year they had 2 and this year none. It seemed almost weird for a restaruant to offer no steak. :confused3

But we ended up ordering less expensive options than what we had planned and we were paying out of pocket.

Thanks for the update. Then I'll scratch WGP off my list and stick with Raglan Road.

After reading the new menu I thought about cancelling my ADR, but my mom would kill me. This is one of the three out of ten restaurants where we're going that is her choice, so we're keeping our ADR.

First the Filet Mignon and now the Wolf's Steak?:sad2: And the crab cakes too?? That is so wrong! I have ADR's for next week and I know I will be unable to change them.:sad1: The reason I made the ADR is for the Steak and crab cakes.

No crab cakes + no steak + no fondue = No ADR for us. :sad2:

Marie; just give it a try, just for the hack of it.

I read this topic and like enough of you on here thought "well, that s*cks too much, I'll cancell". I can do without the steak, but the crabcake and the chocolate fondue? Darned! That chocolate had me drooling in my sleep allready, I wanted that one bad. :sad1:

I had a list ready of all kinds of other options, worried about everything being booked solid as I'm leaving in 15 days (still 16 in your timezone ;) ) and it's during free dining. Much to my surprise, the first option I mentioned was bingo. I could even still pick dates and times for Kona. Who knows, you might also still be able to get another ADR that appeals to you.
