I didn't think the southwest or airtran prices were out yet.
Plus the sunwing prices aren't out yet from Toronto either.
You will never pay 2400.00 for flights that is just crazy.
You should be able to get something no more than 1200 I would bet on it....
What are your dates?

I'm completely new at booking all of this and you sound like you have experience...so I'll take any advice you can give me. If you can believe it none of us has ever flown before! I checked out travel sites (expedia, travelocity etc.), they listed the airlines on their sites and they were all in that price range.

We have two options for travel (have yet to confirm booking arrangements but hope to do so soon). We want to travel Nov. 30-Dec. 6/7 or Dec. 7 - 13/14. Any hints of where I can check for flight info?

You didn't ask me, but when I book our flights I always book direct through airlines sights. We used to go Southwest, now we go Delta (usually about the same price) I've never found any deals on those other sites.
