I just purchased a SSR contract with a Dec 2006 use year. After closing (estimated to be March 14) will my first dues payment include Dec, Jan, Feb, and March? Thanks for all of your help.

Sort of. It is likely that they will divide the additional dues over the remainder of the year so that you will be paying, in relatively even installments, the roughly 13 months of dues over 10 payments instead, beginning on March 14.

Are you purchasing resale or from Disney? If you are purchasing through Disney, the dues are prorated to your actual purchase date.

Dues are based on calendar year, not use year. 2007 dues are for January to December 2007.
