New meal voucher program......

Someone was telling me that there is a "New meal voucher"( not sure what is really called) thing going on, where you pay like $35.00 and you get all of these meal vouchers that you can use during your stay. They thought that you might have to be staying at a Disney Resort to get this, not sure. And they thought you could even use the meal voucher to do the "Hoop-Dee-Doo" dinner show. Is this true and if so can you tell me more about it?

You're talking about the MYW Dining plan. If you'll search (or just look) on the Restaurant board, you'll see plenty of posts on this new feature.
