New "March Big Project" --- VMK Stories?

Maybe it will be a spinoff of VMK to coinside with the Pirate online game..
Pay to play of course.

maybe its for VMK making a mini-game where you can choose a avatar-avatar player and play as them with others although in a different body doing things 0_o

If those are not the same character, I'm not Dreams. It looks to me like "living" toons and the "undead" version of them... similar to what happens in POTCO when players enter Player vs. Player mode (which incidentally is done using a gold coin very similar to the "toon" version posted initial post).

Could be a player vs. player pirate dueling game? VMK related, but very similar to POTCO?

And to connect the dots
I believe that they are creating a bridge between VMK and Pirates Online to lure more VMKers to pay to play on Pirates Online.

ETA: Some may find it interesting to note as well that on 4/26/2007 vmkstories.com, .net, vmkstory.com, .net, vmk-stories.com, .net, vmkstorys.com, .net (this is my favorite btw, accounting for UE in spelling), and a boatload of similar URLS were all registered to Buena Vista Corporation in Seattle, WA. Must be nice to be able to afford to protect your concept so broadly.

That is what I was thinking. Many of online games have "plots" which includes puzzles, storylines, etc. I think that is what VMK is doing. I don't think this will be a new "full game" and I don't think it will replace VMK. Hopefully we will get a Yavn Speaks tonight explaining all of this. But I am sure we will get more info on this before next Tuesday (first day of April).

Well if they are going to release a huge update on this pirate month thing, it's
a little late, there are 4 more days left of pirate month, I think we're going
to see another extended month also. I'll bet Yavn will give us news tomorrow.

im thinging with mint and dude a open ended choose your path type thing for each month.
Ex. You would get either a pirate or a sailor pin at the end of potc month
Ex. 2: You would get a fire magic or a water magic at the end of magic month

It would be based on events in which you would get rep with each group, Im thinking a upgrade to VMK

I think this has to do with the new treasure hunt (check out my thread). Perhaps these ppl give you clues, and you find the treasure.

i mean its not a Quest as they are now, but like the quest on runescape where you can only get the sword or shield when done. thats what it made me think of.

OK my last guess on this matter tonight...

Do you think MAYBE they made a new mini game for the gazillion video game machines that are cluttering up VMK??

The graphics in the games that are up there already are pretty cartoony...so maybe there will actually be a reason for all those misplaced little video boxes!!

MAYBE you have the CHANCE to win TDM in the game...
or it IS a treasure hunt game that gives you credits or prizes.

Oh, and it already looks like we have a "VMK Story"... the story of Captain Blackheart. It may not be on vmkstories.com, but it's still a VMK story.

VMK if i'm not mistaken was a truck repairer I remember googling and image image of the VMK logo and got that. It looked like and old photo too.

Well, in 1997 it was registered by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Online, if that's what you are asking.

I think the WHOIS database only shows the current owner/registrar. The Wayback Machine archives show that the domain was being used by Vivell-Margonis Kommunikation till the end of 2002.

Well, what do any of the things on the top have to do with this? They seem like a bunch of random things you wanted to add to VMK's domain. Some of them, when spelled correctly, are VMK fansites.
