New Magic Band Question... I know :)

I am so confused about these! We have a land/ sea/ land trip coming up and I have NO CLUE what's coming. I ordered the decals for the old bands already and wanted to know if anyone knew if I can actually use these or not. Our 1st check in is on Jan 14 and our second is January 20. The website says the new ones are shipping for guests staying in January but when I called to check with GS they were just as confused as I was. Anyone have any ideas here?

I don't know for certain, but the band part of the magic band appears to be roughly the same width. I would think that the decals (since they don't cover the Mickey head anyway) would most likely fit the new ones. I have some older decals that I never used, and I'm hoping to be able to use them on my daughter's new magic band. Like you, We're checking in mid-January.

We check in on January 11th, and we are wondering if we will be getting the new ones or the current ones. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I have a feeling that they will be shipping the old style ones until the end of the year and we will get the current ones, but I have zero basis for assuming that, just a feeling.
